Regan's song, "Could It Be That Easy" written with Jackie Sullivan, was selected as one of the top twelve songs from Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI) Spring Training. The writers of the top twelve played their songs Saturday April 1, 2017 at the Tin Pan SouthSongwriters Festival at the Commodore Grille.
Regan Stewart's song “Bother Me”, written with Rich Karg, has been nominated to be featured on NSAI’s Top 40 page. Top 40 Songs are "member compositions selected each quarter through staff picks and different services we provide to our active members". Voting for the song will take place March 2017-May 31, 2017.
