Regan's song, "Could It Be That Easy" written with Jackie Sullivan, was selected as one of the top twelve songs from Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI) Spring Training. The writers of the top twelve played their songs Saturday April 1, 2017 at the Tin Pan SouthSongwriters Festival at the Commodore Grille.
